HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING/ SHIPPING TIME?

We ship all orders out using our local USPS- First Class/Priority where you will always be provided with a tracking. We have a standard shipping fee of $6.95

How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on your order, you can expect your order to be processed in about 5 business days. This is an estimate. It is all depending on stock, availability and current orders placed. Some orders are shipped out the next business day and some take the full 2 weeks. All orders containing a shirt and/or custom mousepad, can expect 1-2 weeks for their order to process. These are all made to order. This does not include shipping time. Shipping time is an additional 2-5 days.

Please do NOT email us in regards to your order unless a full 2 weeks has passed and you still have not received any shipping confirmation.

CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to our limited inventory/stock, we cannot cancel any orders. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will get you a replacement. Please provide your order number and name to our email teachingtakespassion@outlook.com

DO YOU DO ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?

At this time, I am not accepting custom orders. I run this business alone and want to make sure I am getting the current orders I have prioritized. Thank you for understanding :) 

WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING CERTAIN ITEMS?

Yes! If a listing is still on our site, it is because we plan to restock this item. My best advice is to make sure your email or number is in the restock notification box of the item of interest that way you will be notified of our restocks right away. Items out of stock typically sell out fast so being notified of our restocks is your best chance to get the item of interest! 

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?

If your tracking information says that your package was delivered but it has not arrived, allow a couple days, as the USPS can sometimes make mistakes. If your package never arrives, please contact USPS, as I have no control over the package once it is in USPS hands. If they are not able to find your package, you can file a claim with them. This is why it is so important you enter a valid shipping address at checkout :) See our shipping/ returns policy for any additional questions or concerns.

 WHAT IF THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO SENDER?

If a package is returned to me, you unfortunately have to cover the shipping fee again due to the error in address.
